Universal Door Intercom Controller works with phones and systems

This ingenious device allows you to connect up to four door intercom speakers to an ordinary phone, or a phone system that was not designed to use door speakers. You'll be able to speak to visitors from any phone in your home or business -- even a cordless phone.

It works great with a 2-line phone. The "line 1" button will handle regular phone calls, and the "line 2" button will connect you to visitors at your door or gate.

If you only have single-line phones, they can use this controller box to share the line with the door intercoms. If you're on a regular phone call, you will hear a Call Waiting tone when someone is at the door, and can switch from phone call to intercom.

If you have an electric door strike or gate opener, you can open it remotely from a phone.

You can choose from several different door speakers (not included), for flush or surface mounting. Speakers need just one wire pair connected to controller.
